Mobile app for kidney and diabetes control?
      General Discussions
Mobile app for kidney and diabetes diet control? Anyone found an app available for your phone that will help track diet towards daily allowances for both kidney and diabetes? I have not found anything yet that tracks both sodium and potassium etc. plus carbohydrates.

Dialysis Treatment Info page from a 6-year vet
      General Discussions
I've been on dialysis for 6 years now (in-center hemo) and when I first started didn't have a clue what to expect or really any good direction on what to do or not to do except for nutritional sheets with what I can and can't eat. One thing that wasn't included in that sheet was the fact that so many processed foods have phosphates in them and that phosphates are worse than plain phosphorus because dialysis can't remove it as well. There are so many things I have learned during my 6 years to keep my numbers in line and keep healthy that my fiance (who is a writer) decided to put those things down in a blog post complete with links to everything to help people. If you have any questions about anything or need help please let me know! If You Receive Dialysis Treatment, This Info May Help – Cee's Life (wordpress.com)
