Has anyone any experience with Diacerein, this is a analgesic with similar affects to NSAIDs but according to research is suitable for use in CKD. My renal consultant and the Rheumatologist have no experience with this drug. Interested to hear if anyone take it or can advise as to an alternative. Thankyou
