Maybe you should consider visiting another doctor to find out the underlying problem. It is always better to find the source of the problem early and treat it.

Have your doctors investigated what might be causing the brusing?

It seems unlikely that the mass on the left kidney is causing the pain on the right side (unless it has extended to the right side). There is possibly some other reason for the pain on the right side... But it is good that the mass on the left has been discovered. Your doctor should investigate it to determine what it is and the most appropriate treatment. You should wait until you see the Urologist to find out what might be causing the pain on the right side. Try not to be anxious... Take it one step at a time. I am sure you'll get the answers you need and appropriate treatment, if necessary.
